So how do I get mio TV GO?

The app is now available for free download in both Apple App Store and Google Play store4.

For access to live streaming, you will need a mio TV subscription with the corresponding channels on mio TV GO. Logging in with your NRIC number and mio TV number will be required for live streaming.

Step 1

1. Select the relevant Identity type of the registered mio TV
    account holder.

Step 2

2. Enter the identity number of the registered mio TV account
    holder, inclusive of all numbers and letters. Eg. S1234567A

Step 3

3. Lastly, enter your 8-digit mio TV number.
    Here’s how you can find out your 8-digit mio TV number:

  1. It can be found in your SingTel bill – it would appear in this line ‘mio TV NO. xxxxxxxx’
  2. SMS the NRIC of the mio TV account holder to 78646 to retrieve your mio TV number.
  3. Call 1688 to find out if (a) and (b) are not available to you.

Once completed, you will be able to watch live channels available in your mio TV subscription which matches the list on the right.

Please note that only one device per mio TV account can be used for live streaming at any one time.

For customers whose Apple device remains at iOS 5.x or earlier, please refer below

iOS 5 or earlier does not have the memory management capabilities to support the latest features on mio TV GO.

If your device is able to upgrade to iOS6 or higher, please upgrade and proceed to download the latest version of mio TV GO.

However, if you are unable to upgrade to iOS6 or higher, we have made available an older version for your use (version 2.4). Please follow the steps below:

1. Uninstall the existing mio TV GO app on your mobile device

2. Use this link to download and install mio TV GO version 2.4

Please note that:

a. Version 2.4 will not contain the additional Football features for 2014 FIFA World Cup™.

b. Customer may still watch the 2014 FIFA World Cup™ channels via the TV Channels tab (channels 141 and 142).

c. You will not enjoy subsequent releases of mio TV GO as they will not be compatible with your current OS.
