Terms & Conditions
  • 1. These terms and conditions are in addition to the Specific Terms & Conditions of mio TV Service
  • 2. The Mix-A-Pack subscription rate is based on a 30% discount off the 1 month subscription rate of the applicable Channel/On Demand Channels.
  • 3. There will be a contractual period of twelve (12) months.
  • 4. Subscriber is liable to pay an Early Termination Charge for:
    a. the early termination of the 12 month plan ; or
    b. any change of Channel(s) within the Mix-A-Pack.
  • 5. The Early Termination Charge is not applicable to Subscribers who change the Broadcast/On Demand channel(s) in the Mix-a-Pack within the first month. In the event Subscriber changes Broadcast/On Demand channel(s) within the first month, the 12 months plan will start from the date of change of Broadcast/On Demand channel(s).
  • 6. The Early Termination Charge is calculated based on the subscribed period of the Channel(s) multiplied by the discount enjoyed under Mix-A-Pack.
  • 7. Subscription of the Mix-A-Pack will be extended automatically for another 12 months in the event Subscriber does not give notice of termination at least 3 working days before the end of the 12 month plan.
  • 8. SingTel reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time at its own discretion without prior notice.
