Terms & Conditions

  1. Prices shown are inclusive of 7% GST.
  2. An Early Termination Charge applies if Subscriber terminates the Pack within twelve (12) months. The Early Termination Charge is calculated based on the remaining term multiplied by the monthly subscription rate of the Pack.
  3. A contractual period of 12 months applies for each pack, from the date of installation or activation of each pack as applicable.
  4. Prevailing rates apply after any fee waiver period for the remainder of the contract term.
  5. Channels and content within the packs cannot be changed or excluded by the subscriber. Packaging of channels and content is at the sole discretion of SingNet.
  6. SingNet has the right to add, remove, replace or change any mio TV, mobile or web content at its sole discretion.
  7. Multi-Pack Discount applies only if two (2) or more SuperSaver Packs are billed on the same bill. US TV Pack Multi-Pack discount will not apply.
  8. Each customer is only entitled to one US TV Pack add-on per each SuperSaver Pack.
  9. US TV add-on not available for SuperSaver Movies Pack.
  10. Movies Super Saver Pack does not include individual Video on Demand movie titles, these are only available at additional charge.
  11. US TV Pack does not include Season Pass individual Video on Demand television series, these are only available at additional charge.
  12. Episodes of each series in the US TV Packs will be available for viewing up to 8 weeks, after which it will be available for purchase under the Video On Demand tab.
  13. Eligible persons who do not have an existing SingTel Fixed Line Telephony Service will be required to sign up to access the mio TV Service. A one-time set-up fee of $53.50 and monthly fee of $9.81 will apply. Standard call charges apply for any local or international calls using the Fixed Line Telephony Service. Standard fees shall also apply for any Fixed Line Telephony VASes.
  14. Offer is only applicable for addresses within mio TV coverage area. Details of the mio TV coverage area are available at hello! Stores or at https://www.singtelfootballfrenzy.com/bpl/index.html. SingTel is not liable to provide any substitute offer in the event that SingTel is not able to provide the mio TV service for any reason.
  15. In the event of a dispute, a customer's entitlement to participate and/or receive the offer is subject to the sole discretion and final determination of mio TV.
