Terms & Conditions

  3. In the event of a dispute, a customer's entitlement to participate and/or receive the offer is subject to the sole discretion and final determination of mio TV. mio TV is part of SingTel services.
  4. mio TV reserves the right to revise any terms and conditions (including price plans) at its discretion without prior notice. Participation and continued use of mio TV services will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions there of.
  5. Promotion is for limited time period only
  6. Multi Pack Discount applies only if two (2) or more SuperSaver Packs are billed on the same bill.
  7. There will be a contractual period of 12 months for each pack.
  8. Channels within the packs cannot be changed or excluded.
  9. An Early Termination Charge applies if Subscriber terminates the Pack within twelve (12) months. The Early Termination Charge is calculated based on the remaining term multiplied by the monthly subscription rate of the Pack.
  10. Prevailing rate applies after the free months' subscription.
  11. Any Channel Change policy within the pack is not applicable.
  12. mio TV has the right to replace any channel with a channel of equivalent value during the contract period at its own discretion.
